Order Processing Times

We usually post within 1 business day of receiving the cleared payment. Though sometimes it can take up to 4 business days for orders to be processed and shipped.

All orders are shipped with Australia Post and include tracking and signature services as standard inclusions.

Haven’t Received an Order Confirmation Email

On completion of your order at our checkout, a confirmation email will be sent to your nominated email address. Once your order has been processed and fulfilled by our warehouse you will receive a second email with a tracking number. A final email will from Australia Post confirming receipt of your parcel with a delivery eta will follow. You should expect to receive three emails from the time of placing your order until despatch.

If you have not received any emails - you may have entered the wrong email address at the time of order OR the emails have been redirected to your junk folder. If you are not able to locate the email, please contact our customer support and we will be happy to assist you.

Do you Sell Internationally

International shipping is available for selected products. The cost of shipping will depend on your location. Please see our Shipping and Returns page for more information.
